Being vs Becoming – know there is more to you than just this. There is always growth opportunity. The process of becoming is acknowledging that you are on a journey, but being where you are and knowing you are becoming a better you.

The first step is Accountability – we cannot grow by ourselves. We need help and we do not have to do it alone. Utilize coaches, friends, mentors, and others to hold you accountable to be the authentic you as you become.
