- PURPOSE – the specific business intent for which your company was formed boiled down to a sentence or two.
- VISION – the mental picture of what you want your business to be at some point in the future.
- MISSION STATEMENT – defines what your company will do daily to make your vision and reality. It should include who you serve, what you serve, and how you do it.
- IDEAL CLIENT – Answer who is your ideal client? Who would you like to serve, assist, or help?
Once you are able to clearly define your business purpose, vision, mission statement, and ideal client you are in a better position to reach more of the customers you want.
