As a nurse manager and educator Kris repeatedly saw the toxic effects of fear and anxiety on physical health. After helping her adolescent daughter successfully navigate brain cancer, she launched her own coaching business called The Hokey Pokey Clinic. It was a place for people to turn themselves around.
